Charleston Styled Shoot

I’m excited to post something outside of normal weddings or engagement sessions! Almost a year ago now I was part of styled shoot in Charleston, S.C. The first part of the shoot we took portraits by the ocean, and for the second part I took detail shots at a plantation (I’ll post those separately!) I don’t know if it’s possible to take bad photo during golden hour at the beach. I’m a minimalist at heart, so I love the simplicity and subtle beauty in these images.

Sarah & Micah's Graduation Session

Sarah & Chaq's Cape Cod Session

During the first week of 2017 I traveled to Boston & Cape Cod to visit one of my oldest & dearest friends Sarah. A blizzard hit the day we planned to take photos in their little city of Falmouth on Cape Cod. Sarah and Chaq decided to brave the weather, and I'm so glad they did. I love how these photos turned out. They are like something out of a winter dream. Big, soft snowflakes, and a cozy coffee shop break to heat up. Different than any shoot I've done so far, and I loved it! 

Holiday Portraits with Jordan & Caleb

Nothing makes a Christmas card perfect quite like having an adorable festive picture for the front.  I had so much fun getting photos for Jordan & Caleb's Christmas card. Especially once they added in their adorable pup Manning. Happy December!
