Aaren & Michael's Boho Inspired Wedding
You wouldn’t know it from looking at these images, but Aaren and Michael’s wedding day was up in the air because they were married the weekend of Hurricane Florence (lots of flooding & power outage concerns). In the end there was only about 30 minutes of rain on their wedding day! Because the forecast was much worse we ended up doing a first look and some of their portraits on the Thursday before their wedding.
It was so much fun, and such a relief for Aaren to get some of the images she wanted done before the big day so she could be stress free about the rain. These images are a mix of some taken on Thursday and others taken on the day of Aaren and Michael’s wedding.

Autumn & William's Sierra Vista Wedding
When I pulled up to Sierra Vista on Autumn and William's wedding day it was pouring rain. Luckily a few hours later the rain miraculously cleared, and they were still able to have their dream outdoor wedding with the breathtaking view. Their day was stunning all around, and they planned the whole thing while not living in Virginia. Congrats Autumn and William!

Katriel & Grant's Classic Wedding
Kat & Grant were married a perfect June day in Virginia at the Trivium Estate. The beautiful outdoor ceremony gave way to a ballroom reception. I loved Kat's all-lace dress with her classic veil. She lit up every room she was in with the most contagious smile. This was such a great day filled with many happy tears! I feel so privileged I was able to capture your day Kat & Grant!

Avery & Tyler's Garden Wedding
Avery & Tyler were married on a beautiful July afternoon at Glencliff Manor in Central Virginia. Avery's bridal look perfectly matched the garden feel at the venue. I couldn't stop taking portraits of her, she was so stunning! The entire wedding was outdoors, including the first dance and dinner. An all-around perfect day. Congrats Avery & Tyler!

Beth & Zach's Maryland Wedding
On what turned out to be a gorgeous day in June, Beth & Zach were married on a family friend's property in Maryland. Despite a forecast of rain, it held off until right before the exit! The large farm property offered so many pretty locations for photos. Beth & Zach's love for each other was so evident on the day, with everything from the teary bridal entrance during the ceremony, to the beautiful first dance. Congrats again Beth & Zach!
