Kirsten + Ryan's Greenhouse Elopement
These two rolled with all the COVID punches. Kirsten and Ryan’s April 2020 wedding date quickly became impossible, so they adapted and decided to do an elopement with just the two of them and an officiant. Ryan surprised Kirsten with the elopement location, a beautiful greenhouse! Their families were able to watch via FaceTime, and the intimate ceremony was super special.

Allison + Garrett's Downtown Lynchburg Wedding
Allison + Garrett had a July wedding in downtown Lynchburg, VA at the Virginian hotel. All of the details from their day were so beautiful! From the lightly pink peonies to the elegant ballroom and cookie truck, the whole day was perfect.

Carol & Joseph’s Virginia wedding was set against a beautiful backdrop of mountains and rolling hills at Triple J Farms. The warm summer day was perfect for their outdoor ceremony that was followed by outdoor dancing and an ice cream truck. Congrats you two!
Aaren & Michael's Boho Inspired Wedding
You wouldn’t know it from looking at these images, but Aaren and Michael’s wedding day was up in the air because they were married the weekend of Hurricane Florence (lots of flooding & power outage concerns). In the end there was only about 30 minutes of rain on their wedding day! Because the forecast was much worse we ended up doing a first look and some of their portraits on the Thursday before their wedding.
It was so much fun, and such a relief for Aaren to get some of the images she wanted done before the big day so she could be stress free about the rain. These images are a mix of some taken on Thursday and others taken on the day of Aaren and Michael’s wedding.
