Maria & Grant's Rainy Day Engagement

When looking at the forecast Maria & Grant weren't scared off by the impending thunderstorm... So our sessions started sunny and then the clouds rolled in and it poured. If these pictures were in order of time it would show the weather progression pretty clearly. I was so happy to shoot in the rain, and I love the different types of images we got. Super excited for their upcoming wedding in May! 

Katriel & Grant's Sunset Engagement

It's been too long since I've kept up with blogging my most recent work, so I'm going to try to catch up in the next few weeks! I just photographed Katriel & Grant's wedding two weeks ago, but realized I hadn't even posted their engagement session yet! These are two of the sweetest people you'll ever meet, and I had so much fun shooting at golden hour with them. Kat's gorgeous smile lit up my lens, and I'm thrilled to share their wedding day photos soon! 

Julia & Addison's Lynchburg Engagement

I had so much fun with these two! We opted for a golden hour nature-focused shoot and we couldn't have had a better day. Julia & Addison were so much fun to work with, and their love for each other was so evident. 

Milka & Christopher's Tea Room Engagement

When Milka & Christopher wanted to do an engagement session over a hot cup of tea I jumped at the idea. The Ploughcroft Tea Room in Lynchburg, Virginia is one of the places they visited for dates, giving it special significance in these photos. I love trying to incorporate pieces of a couple's story into their session! After tea we headed to the park for a gorgeous sunset accompanied by some wine.
